another day's over!
today..was kinda boring..oops..
we attend the 'induction' session which was a session where they talk about lab safety and stuff like that..and i was like agreeing with the speaker the whole time!!
shit man..i hope the speaker didnt notice...so paiseh...but i couldnt help it!!

and SURPRISE!!..we recieve MORE reading materials today!! woohoo..feel the excitement~
and once again, i was agreeing with the reading materials...
man..this isnt good...its never good to be nodding at whatever you're given to read!!
i know its important to read the journals..but then...
and i cant understand some parts of it...
thank GOD for internet though, the explanations online are like WAYYY easier to understand then these scientific journals..
im really trying my best to understand the CONTENT!!

anyways...to help us get rid of the bordom of reading..the reseach assistant let us help out with growing some of her overnight culture today!!..thanks man!!..
the way they transfer colonies to the broth is like!!..they just scrape the colony off the plate using a pipette tip and eject the whole tip into the broth!!..COOL RIGHT?..
dont need to heat the stupid inoculation loop and wait for it to cool and then risk meltling the agar and killing the colony if it is not cool enough-_-

oh ya..i have to revise my calculations!!...damn it...when she asked us how to calculate...i totally stumbled!!...i FORGOT le!!...SHIT IT

and im like getting a sore throat and flu alr?!...WTH...too weak..
its times like that when skype sucks...but THANK GOD for poor resolution and focus!!:)..so all you get is a fuzzy moving pic of the other party!!..so all i have to do is to NOT blow my nose for however long they decide to talk on skype!
